Bristlecone Trail, 2.8 mi rt, 600ft elevation gain, 9,800ft starting elevation. Once you reach the Bristlecone Grove, interpretive signs provide information about these ancient, 5,000yr old, trees.
Great Basin National Park, NV, Lower Lehman Creek Camground, campsite #4; while sitting at the creek, sipping a Moose Drool, Regina spotted and recorded a Trout being eaten by a Wandering Garter Snake.
